Easy Rider is a Southern inspired restaurant by the two beloved local restaurateurs that created the wildly successful Guest House in Marin County. The site is located on a vibrant corner replete with plate glass windows running down both sides - allowing for abundant natural light and connection to the street. The clients wanted it to feel stylish and hip, yet also casual and warm; a place where people would drop in a few times a week for lunch, dinner or just a drink with friends.

We wanted to break up the space to allow for different experiences in the same room. For this reason, we designed two small "cabins" inside the dining room and covered the interior walls with tile, wood and artwork on the ceiling. We also made a back section of the room into a dining counter overlooking the main street. The bar and dining areas are divided by a low wall clad in India Ink stained boards topped with rows or repurposed heavt weight upholstery bands. In the dining room, there are leather banquettes accompanied with modern leather & walnut wood chairs throughout. With Jared's food and Dustin's sensibility with service, the place has had a line since they opened.
