Hasselblad Masters Presentations at MILK Studios, Oct. 22 at 2:00pm
As a part of the Hasselblad’s Masters Presentations in New York, August will discuss workflow, various stages of production, and shooting in the studio. This presentation will also feature Broncolor lighting equipment.

Broncolor at Skyline Studios, Oct. 23 at 2:00pm
As a part of Broncolor’s events at Skyline studios in New York, right next to PhotoPlus at the Javits Center, August will give a presentation on lighting simultaneously for still and motion shoots. He will evaluate scenarios with various production constraints and how to produce a successful shoot. If time permits, August may also discuss and play with some of his favorite Broncolor lighting tools.

Presented as 6-foot by 4-foot mounted fine art prints, the new collection of images was shot at The Edison in collaboration with fashion stylist Alejandro Peraza and an all-star creative team, featuring exceptional L.A. designers.

The presentation of this collection at Fashion Week is sponsored by Digital Fusion, a cutting-edge resource for high-end digital photography productions.

Additional support for the project was generously provided by leading photo lighting gear manufacturer Broncolor, and leading camera company Hasselblad.

A collection of images by August Bradley depicting dramatic conceptual interpretations of the “Louver Collection” by Louis Verdad and “Vintage Verdad” designs will be on display during the Downtown LA Fashion Week event at the Geffen Contemporary at MOCA.  This will be the first-ever presentation of large-format prints from August Bradley and Louis Verdad’s work for the “Hasselblad Masters Book”, plus new images never before seen.  A video installation by the acclaimed “Fashion Cinema” film director Robertino Fonseca will reveal an imaginative narrative behind the creation of the images, along with the broader story and inspiration behind Louis Verdad’s work.

The evening will also feature a spectacular vintage runway show by Cameron Silver, owner of the legendary ”modern vintage” store Decades, and a rockin’ after party until midnight.
